Question: I am interested. How does this work?

Answer: You book your event by calling 608-385-7693 or 608-386-2317 or by e-mailing us. We will schedule you and a down payment secures your event. This ensures you are covered. The night before your event, we will cover the chairs and place the bows on them. After your event, we come and take down. You do not have to worry about set-up or take-down. We "cover" it all!

Question: The wedding bow seems a little formal for my annual awards banquet, but yet I still want something classy. What other style of sashes do you offer?

Answer: We offer 2 similar sash treatments. Our most popular is the elegant wedding bow. We also offer a traditional fold over, more suitable for conferences, meeting and banquets. Both treatments are available in all colors. (examples below)

BOW FOLD

Question: What colors do you have? Can you match my wedding or corporate colors?

Answer: All of our chair covers are white. We can match any color of bow you need. If we do not carry it, we will obtain it for you! Our business is service! And we will ensure we meet your expectations! We have a supplier who can guarantee the color you need!

Question: What areas do you serve geographically?

Answer: We serve Western Wisconsin and Southeastern Minnesota. We have sites in Onalaska, Wisconsin (The Coulee Region) and in Mankato, Minnesota to serve you. We charge a $100 fuel surcharge for events greater than 30 miles from the Coulee Region. A surcharge also applies for events farther than 30 miles from Mankato.

Question: What are the prices?

Answer: Each chair cover and bow is rented for $4 total including set-up and take-down. That is, if you have a wedding of 200, the total cost is $800.

Question: Do you cover both rounded, conference style chairs, and squared, folding-style chairs?

Answer: Yes we do. When you book we will check the style of chair at your event/reception and guarantee we book the correct style.

Question: How far in advance do I need to reserve covers for my wedding or event?

Answer: The sooner the better. Our service is growing in popularity. Book now to ensure your event is covered!
